We at Doggy Man's Mobile Dog Grooming hope that the New Year finds you and your pets in good health, and we are looking forward to another year of serving you.  Enclosed please find your new calendar for 2012.   We ask that you check all dates and times very closely.  If there are any changes, they are made on a first come, first served basis. Please contact the office at (8l8) 349-2887, as soon as possible so that we can take care of any changes and send you a new calendar.  We have done our best to accommodate everyone's wishes. 

           REMINDERS:  Please remember, if we are taking your dog(s) from the yard, to leave the dog(s) in the yard, gates unlocked, and doggy doors closed and locked.  We will always close gates behind us, and if necessary re-open doggy doors if possible.  If the dog(s) are not made available upon our arrival, you will be charged the minimum service call of $50.00.   Due to the high volume of "missed" or "non-cancelled" appointments in 2011, we are being forced to charge the minimum service call fee of $50.00, for these appointments in 2012.  The cancellation time is 24 hours in advance as stated on your yearly calendar.  We will be there rain or shine, unless you instruct us otherwise at least 24 hours in advance.   Please also note that there will be no billing unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Payment is due when services are rendered.  The charge for returned checks is $25.00 per check.  We do not offer "reminder call service" at this time.

         Due to the increased costs of doing business in the City of Los Angeles, on-going groomer education, insurance, fuel, and superior grooming supplies, we find it necessary to increase some of our prices.  Please ask your groomer for details.
